Where are your products made?

All of the products we sell are handmade by Paris & Summer in Minnesota!

Are your products Vegan/Cruelty Free?

Yes! All of our products are Vegan and are never tested on animals (humans only!! 😊). We do extensive research on the companies we buy our ingredients from as well to ensure they share our values.

Your products look and smell so yummy.. can I eat them?

We are so happy you love the look and smell of our products! Unfortunately, our products are not edible so please don't eat them. 

I have a nut allergy.. can I use your products?

Some of our products are made with colloidal oatmeal. This means we cannot guarantee that our products have no traces of nuts.  

I just placed an order! When will it be ready?

Orders are fulfilled and processed in the order they are received! Typical processing time is within 5 business days of you placing your order. If there is a reason on why we are unable to process until more than 5 business days, we will reach out to you via email!

I just placed an order but I changed my mind.. can I have a refund?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled you can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Please allow up to 7 days for the payment to be returned to the original form of payment. 

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns!
